新時代行政人的戰略進化
在快速變動的時代裡，AI 正以前所未有的速度改變工作方式，也重新定義組織對人才的期待。
然而，我始終相信真正讓組織持續前進的，不只是科技，而是「懂得運用科技，並能連結人心的人」。
這也是中華民國專業秘書暨行政人員協會（CASAP）正式定調 2026 年秘書節主題：
「AI Empowered, Human Connected」
AI賦能 × 人本連結
這不只是一句口號，
更是一個屬於新世代行政專業工作者的宣言。
過去，行政與秘書角色常被視為支援者；
但今天，我們看見的是
■ 能協助主管決策的幕僚角色
■ 能整合跨部門流程的協調核心
■ 能運用 AI 提升效率與洞察的敏捷人才
■ 能在高壓與快速變動中穩定組織節奏的關鍵力量
未來的秘書行政專業，不再只是「把事情做好」，而是：「讓重要的事情，更快、更準、更有溫度地發生。」
當 AI 開始取代重複性工作，行政人的價值，反而更加凸顯。
因為真正無法被取代的是：
■ 對人的理解
■ 對關係的經營
■ 對細節的洞察
■ 對組織節奏的掌握
■ 以及在關鍵時刻，推動事情前進的影響力
因此，2026 年，CASAP 將以「AI Empowered, Human Connected」為核心主軸，持續推動：
1.AI 行政賦能
提升行政與秘書人員在 AI 工具、數據應用、流程優化與智慧工作術上的能力。
2.戰略型幕僚培育
從執行者進化為決策支援者，建立高階行政的影響力與價值。
3.國際接軌與專業交流
持續深化與亞太秘書協會（ASA）各國的交流合作，讓台灣行政專業走向國際舞台。
4.人本服務與溫度領導
在科技快速進化的同時，保有最珍貴的人際溫度與專業信任。
我始終相信：
AI 可以提升效率，
但真正能讓世界更好的，永遠是人與人之間的理解與連結。
未來的行政專業工作者，不只是組織的支援力量，更是推動企業前進的重要引擎。

The Strategic Evolution of Administrative Professionals in a New Era
In this rapidly changing era, AI is transforming the way we work at an unprecedented speed and redefining what organizations expect from talent.
Yet I have always believed that what truly keeps organizations moving forward is not technology alone, but people who know how to leverage technology while staying deeply connected to others.
This is why the Chinese Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (CASAP) has officially announced the 2026 Secretary’s Day theme:
“AI Empowered, Human Connected”
AI Empowerment × Human Connection
This is not merely a slogan.
It is a declaration for a new generation of administrative and secretarial professionals.
In the past, administrative and secretarial roles were often viewed simply as support functions.
But today, we see professionals who are:
■ Strategic partners assisting executives in decision-making
■ Key coordinators integrating cross-functional workflows
■ Agile talents utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and insight
■ Essential forces that stabilize organizational rhythm amid pressure and rapid change
The future of administrative professionalism is no longer just about “getting things done.”
It is about:
“Making important things happen faster, more accurately, and with greater human warmth.”
As AI begins to replace repetitive tasks, the value of administrative professionals becomes even more evident.
Because what can never truly be replaced is:

Therefore, in 2026, CASAP will continue advancing the vision of “AI Empowered, Human Connected” through the following key initiatives:
1. AI Empowerment for Administrative Professionals
Enhancing capabilities in AI tools, data applications, workflow optimization, and intelligent productivity strategies.
2. Strategic Executive Support Development
Transforming administrators from task executors into strategic decision-support partners with influence and value.
3. International Connection and Professional Exchange
Strengthening collaboration and exchange with member countries of the Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals in Asia Pacific (ASA), bringing Taiwan’s administrative professionalism onto the global stage.
4. Human-Centered Service and Leadership with Warmth
Preserving the most valuable human trust and connection while embracing rapid technological advancement.
I firmly believe:
AI can improve efficiency,
but what truly makes the world better will always be human understanding and connection.
The administrative professionals of the future are not merely organizational support personnel;
they are vital engines driving enterprises forward.
In 2026, let us step together into a new era for the secretarial profession.

From execution to influence.
